JBT Marine takes their Mitsubishi Off-Roading in Slindon
Never one to say no to a bit of excitement – we, JBT Marine, took our ancient Mitsubishi 4×4 for an off-roading adventure. There were quite a few of us there with cars ranging from Land Rovers to Range Rovers and of course our very old Mitsubishi.
We arrived at Slindon Safari Off-Road Centre at around 11am ready for a bit of mud and getting stuck action. I can tell you we got stuck a few times, got pulled out a few times and got very very muddy!
The Mitsubishi did us proud – we put her through her paces and she never let us down.
Slindon Safari Off-Roading is a great place to go. There are three different routes you can take – all of which are clearly marked. White - novice driver & road tyres, Red - experienced driver & mud tyres, Black - experts only (full roll cage, crash helmets, four-point harnesses, front occupants only).
If you fancy a bit of off-roading we can highly recommend it. There was a big group of us, we all brought a picnic and made a day of it. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday!
